1. To avoid any accidents caused by incorrect handling by the driver, before the delivery of each vehicle, a mandatory check will be made for the existence of the required driving license as well as the customer’s ability to drive it, in order to determine the ability to drive and handle the vehicle. If it is determined that the driver is not able to drive the vehicle safely, then it will not be delivered and the reservation will be canceled. If the cancellation is due to the customer’s error, then 10% of the amount will be withheld for bank charges if it was paid by card.

2. To drive the respective vehicle, the following minimum ages per vehicle must be met:

Scooter: 50cc- 80cc, European driving license “AM-A” minimum age 18 years
Scooter 125cc: European driving license “A1-A”, minimum age 18 years
Scooter 300cc: European driving license “A2-A”, minimum age 20 years
Quad,buggy,Atv’s 310-325-450-520cc:European driving licence “B” minimum age 21 years

2. Provisional driving licence, not accepted

Reservation can be change or canceled up to 24 hours before.

Customers are eligible for a full refund if a cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service or booking time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

In case of no-show, no refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Processing time for refunds may take 3–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Exceptions:
In case of extreme circumstances (e.g. emergencies), the company reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
